Client Testimonials
Former Client
“I worked with Jay for about a year in the midst of a period of great change and instability in my life, and was deeply supported by Jay, their presence and practice. I was reflected back to myself time and again, helping me discern what my true needs and desires are and how I truly want to live my life, and how to bring about the change required to feel more alive. The talk therapy we did was also supported by somatic practices that helped me get more comfortable feeling my feelings and being in my body. I am forever grateful for Jay and know they will continue to help people help themselves.”
Current Client
“I have worked with Jay for over three years, and I greatly value the ways their practice is queer-affirming and welcoming to my neurodivergent brain. They support and challenge me in ways that have been an essential part of my personal growth. Jay cultivates not just a safe space, but a brave space, within their practice. I feel incredibly lucky to have them as my therapist.”
Current Client
“I have been working with Jay for ~3 years now and am grateful to have them as a therapist. They are attentive, caring, and helpful, and they know how to push me to grow using the best disarming tool: humor! As a queer and trans person, I am so glad to have the opportunity to work with such a skilled queer, nonbinary practitioner.”

“I am the mom of a transgender teenager. I began working with Jay while my son was socially transitioning, which was during middle school and COVID. For many reasons, it was an extremely difficult time for me and my son. I can say without hesitation that Jay's compassion and support of me during this period helped me navigate a myriad of issues that we were going through and made a lasting, positive impact on me and on my relationship with my son. Jay gave me a space to talk about things that I could not say to others, without any judgment, and affirmed me as a parent and person. My son is happy and thriving now, and I am a happier and stronger human being because of the work I have put in with Jay.”
